Letter to You | Dec 2025

Hi there, I hope this finds you well.

We went to Chuck E. Cheese in an attempt to fight jet lag. I was disappointed that there was no whack-a-mole. Still, we ended up going to the arcade three times this month, and I tried a few games I’d never played before, which turned out to be more fun than expected.

We also went to see Zootopia, and it didn’t disappoint. I loved the first one, and I was genuinely happy to find that the sequel held up just as well. There’s something comforting about returning to a story and finding that it still warms your heart.

A few days before Christmas, I received some really good news. It nudged me to reach out to a few mentors and attempt to reconnect, and I’m proud of myself for doing that. Some anxiety followed, as it often does when good news brings change, but I’m grateful nonetheless.

It snowed after Christmas Day, so we kind of got a white Christmas after all. The city softened for a few hours before the snow turned into brown slush. My friends came to visit, and I found myself happy just walking with them through the snow, something I probably wouldn’t have done otherwise.

I spent some time reflecting and setting intentions for 2026, and made a New Year bingo for the first time. 2026 feels like it will be full of uncertainty and change, but I’m holding onto the hope that by the end of the year, I’ll be yelling Bingo!!

Yours Truly :)
